irishmurr > I'm sure you all know what's happening one week from today ..... and you know the Murrays will be enjoying a pint or two with loads of family and friends. ;-)

Here's a tidbit about this particular Great Lakes beer: the dashing gentleman pictured on the label is the grandfather of the Conway brothers, owners of the brewery. He was a Cleveland policeman, who came here from County Mayo. Perfect for their Irish ale, don't you think?

Slainte to all our friends here on Smugmug! (March 10, 2009)

"There are good ships,
and there are wood ships,
The ships that sail the sea.
But the best ships, are friendships,
And may they always be."

irishmurr > It was Christmas in July! The brewery made a small batch of their Christmas ale -- which sells out every December -- and Chas was able to bring us a small keg of it to enjoy! (July 26, 2008)
