These are pictures of some of the daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren of Orville and Beulah (Eslinger) Maddron. To make it a little easier, we'll refer to everyone as they relate to Orville (Papaw) and Beulah (Mamaw), i.e.: daughter, grandchild, etc.
If any Maddron cousins want to get in touch with us, our e-mail is: irishmurr57@yahoo.com.
We'd love to hear from you and add more recent photos of everyone in!
Granddaughter Regina Howard (daughter of Vestal and Alice Gertrude [Maddron] Howard)
Part of the Maddron family celebrating Christmas together in 1960.
Standing at the back, left to right, are: Sharon, Geneva, Estalena, Papaw, Anita and Mamaw.
Hunkered down in front are: Cathy, Barbara, Shirley, Gene and Billy.
Carole's Mom and three of her sisters were all pregnant at the same time, meaning there were LOTS of little ones running around during family get-togethers. This is a great shot we've always loved. It's Amma and four of her sisters (Anita, Geneva, Shirley and Estalena) all holding baby dolls -- except for Geneva, who's holding a teddy bear. (December 1960)
Daughter Estalena with husband Reed, and their children Sharon and Danny. (1964)
Daughter Shirley with granddaughters (left to right) Carole and Debby King and Sandra Valentine.
Granddaughter Lisa Rolen (daughter of Anita and Gene) at age 2 months -- making it about December 1965.
Most of the family got together when daughter Shirley married Wayne Hall in June, 1966. Here's a picture of Papaw and Mamaw all dressed for the wedding.
And here's a shot of Shirley with five of her sisters on her wedding day. From left to right: Shirley, Geneva, Amma, Gertrude, Anita and Lola.
Orville with six of his seven sons-in-law on the occasion of youngest daughter Shirley's marriage.
From left to right: Wayne Hall, Paul Valentine, Jim Reed, Orville Maddron, Billy King, Vestal Howard and Gene Rolen. (June 1966)
We saw a lot of this while visiting Mamaw and Papaw's house: plenty of family, sitting on the front porch, socializing. (June 1966)
