Daily Photos (July - Dec. 2008) : I have a Canon Rebel XT and a EF 28-135mm lens, a EF 75-300mm lens and a EFS 60mm Macro lens (all Canon). I've never really done any pp, but just got Photoshop Elements, so wish me luck! I began posting on the daily photos community over a year ago and hope that making this effort on a daily basis has helped to improve my photography skills -- but realize that I still have a long way to go! Daily Photos (2007) : I have a Canon Rebel XT and a EF 28-135mm lens, a EF 75-300mm lens and a EFS 60mm Macro lens (all Canon) -- and no Photoshop. So, what I see is what you get! I began this as an effort to improve my photography skills and it's turned into a sort of diary of my life, basically because I spend so much time with my family and friends. Therefore, they've become the subject of so many of my photos. It's kind of hard to get out and take photos of other things when you have a house full of kids and grandkids -- not that I'm complaining, mind you. I hope I am still improving at photography. I'm picking up the camera every day -- well, at least most days. I am putting thought into my images and the settings on my camera, etc. Any suggestions for improvement are greatly appreciated. Ireland -- The Emerald Isle : Our second trip to Ireland included nine of our friends, son Chas and ourselves. We spent ten nights in B&B's, drove three vehicles (with four people in each) and had a great time!

Scenic Shots (1990's) : The 90's were good to us -- as you can tell from these photos! We saw plenty of interesting sites, and met lots of interesting people along the way.

Scenic Shots (1980's) : Carole has taken lots of scenic shots over the years and we thought we would share some of them. Once we started scanning them, however, we realized exactly how many we have and so we're going to divide them up into decades (although this album has a couple which Carole took while a teenager in the 1970's).

Black & White Shots (2003 - 2004) : Some of our latest black and white photos of our granddaughter MacCaila. These are always a treat to develop because we're never sure what pictures we've taken over the months that it takes us to use up a whole roll of film.

Black & White Shots (2003 - No. 2) : More of our black and white photos. This roll was actually developed pretty quickly, but that was because we took quite a few shots at our daughter Carrie's wedding.

Black & White Shots (2003 - No. 1) : We've shot with black and white film before, but after our granddaughter was born, we got in the habit of keeping a disposable black and white camera on hand. We snap a picture every so often using that camera -- and look forward to getting them developed, to see what pictures we've come up with!
