Murray Murray : Murray is the second cat with owned, after Sylvester. He turned 17 on July 2, 2006. His mother was a calico and he was the only orange kitten in the litter. (All the others were black and white.) Since we already had a black cat at home (Sylvester), we chose Murray. He died in October, 2006, having spent most of his lifetime with us. He is missed.

Malachy Murray : After our 16 year old cat, Sylvester, was gone, we wanted a playmate for our other cat, Murray, so we visited the local animal shelter where we met Malachy. This is one unusual cat -- because he gives massages! Great guy to have around after a hard day at work.

Blackjack Murray : We couldn't bring Malachy home from the animal shelter right away because he had a respiratory infection and needed to stay there a few days, so as not to infect Murray. We went to visit Malachy every day at the shelter, however, and guess who was in the cage next door: Blackjack Murray (a.k.a. Jack, Jack the Fighting Cat). Larry fell in love with Jack, so Carole called the shelter and asked if we could adopt them both. And that's exactly what happened!
